Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns as long as the item is unopened and in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- It must be in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
A quick note
We carefully prepare each order with love and attention. Because of this, we can only accept returns on unopened items.
Custom items
If your order includes personalized items (like custom cards), these are made just for you and may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
